House Bills

HB189 -  CHARTER SCHOOL BILL. This bill establishes the Alabama Innovative Charter Schools Act relating to public K-12 education. It provides for the creation of charter schools authorized by registered local school boards and the State Board of Education. 

HB677 - CHARTER SCHOOL BILL - REINTRODUCED. This bill establishes the Alabama Innovative Charter Schools Act relating to public K-12 education. It provides for the creation of charter schools authorized by registered local school boards and the State Board of Education.

 

Senate Bills 

SB202 -  CHARTER SCHOOL BILL. This bill establishes the Alabama Innovative Charter Schools Act relating to public K-12 education. It provides for the creation of charter schools authorized by registered local school boards and the State Board of Education. 

SB484 - CHARTER SCHOOL BILL. This bill establishes the Alabama Innovative Charter Schools Act relating to public K-12 education. It provides for the creation of charter schools authorized by registered local school boards and the State Board of Education.
